CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICIES:
- In the event of cancellations less than fifteen (15) days before the arrival of consumers, in PEAK season, THE HOTEL will reserve the right to charge 50% of the reservations as a penalty.
- In the event of cancellations less than five (5) days before the arrival of consumers are due to arrive, in low, shoulder and HIGH, in HIGH Season, THE HOTEL reserves the right to charge 50% of the reservations as a penalty.
- In the event of cancellations less than two (2) days before the consumers are due to arrive, in low and Shoulder season, The Hotel reserves the right to charge 50% of the reservation as a penalty.
