Villa Natura (former Villa Iguana - Capricho) will reopen an is the first adults only resort in Cayo Largo del Sur. This brand new all-inclusive sits directly on the stunning white sand beach well-known as Playa Lindarena. The resort is located on the eastern side of the hotel zone, between hotels Isla del Sur and Playa Banca, approximately 7 km from the Cayo Largo airport and facing a beautiful white sand beach, the Villa Iguana offers comfortable rooms and bungalows, non-motorized water sports on Playa Sirena, a great selection of activities like water sports, ecological excursions and fishing, fields sports and daily and nightly entertainment and a selection of magnificent diving sites nearby and it is connected by a shuttle bus to the other hotels and facilities of this archipelago.
Villa Natura has 76 rooms, all with terrace or balcony divided in standard and bungalows, with view over the garden, the pool or the ocean distributed between 2-story bungalows and 2-storey wooden bungalows.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS:
For cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the guests' arrival, the Hotel may apply at its discretion its right to charge the price of one night on the reserved plan. This right will also apply to “No Shows”. Likewise, for unscheduled departures, the hotel will have the right to invoice the night of departure.
