Conditions
- Prices: The prices indicated are Retail Prices V.A.T. included. The price includes: Price per night depending on the type of room and regime selected, with the exception of hotels where the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated. The price does not include: Any service not specified plus extras such as transfers, tips, telephone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc...
- Check-in and check-out time: As a general rule and unless expressly agreed otherwise with the establishment, rooms may be used from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
- Passports and visas: All travelers, without exception (including children), must carry their personal and family documentation in order, whether passport or ID card, according to current legislation. Minors under 18 years of age must carry a written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in anticipation that it may be requested by any authority.
Cancellation and no show policy:
- Individual reservations may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 72 hours prior to the guest's arrival. Cancellations will only be valid with a cancellation number provided by the hotel's reservations department.
- For cancellations and/or modifications with less than 72 hours, the hotel will bill the corresponding rate for the first night's accommodation plus taxes (value added tax).
- No cancellations or modifications will be accepted for non-refundable reservations.

- Recommended for men: Casual long pants, dress shorts, and dress shirts. Swimming and exercise shorts are not allowed.
- Le Gourmet Restaurant: Gentlemen must wear shirt with sleeves and long pants.
