Havana 19 Project is a private house with colonial style of the middle of the 20th century, located in the Historic Center of Old Havana. It has 2 spacious air-conditioned rooms, bathrooms with hot water, total comfort and a specialized service. It has an exquisite furniture decoration and the property was the object of a detailed restoration to offer the client an unforgettable experience. Even when the décor suggest a colonial era there’s nothing old about our facilities, our house consists of 2 spacious en-suite guest rooms fully-air conditioned plus a living room, dining area and a balcony with a panoramic view. We have recently renovated a 3 bedroom (first floor) colonial house built in 1912. We are big admires of the Spanish Colonial architecture so we embarked in the rewarding task to restore as much as we could (it took us two years to complete the job) From our marble staircase, high ceilings, beautiful floor tiles, wooden furniture, every finely crafted iron work (we are huge fans) and mixed it with a couple of contemporary elements. Every step along the way was thinking of you, our future host.
