• Low Season (May 1st to October 30th): Full refund if you cancel up to 15 days before arrival. A 30% penalty will apply if you cancel between 14 and 4 days prior to arrival. If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, no refund will be issued.
• High and Extreme High Season (November 1st to April 30th / December 22nd to January 4th and Easter Week): Full refund if you cancel up to 21 days before arrival. A 30% penalty will apply if you cancel between 20 and 7 days in advance. If you cancel less than 6 days in advance, no refund will be issued.
