The intense jeep tour will make you enjoy a great adventure, seeing a rich variety of natural landscapes and native birds. On this trip you will visit the Canyon of the Yumuri River, the landscape value of the place falls in love, the height of the walls of the canyon and its rock formations that have survived the weather and climate, its plants and trees that cover part of the canyon and the banks of the River. This place is one of the zones of Cuba with greater endemism in its species, being great part of these natives of the region.
Itinerary:
- Jeep 4-by-4 pick up at the hotel,
- Transfer in specialized vehicle to the most cocoa producing region in Baracoa, Jamal-Güirito. Walk of 7km between the mountains, with great presence of coconut trees and various fruit trees.
- Possibility to interact with the farmers.
- Observation of the flora and fauna.
- You will pass through an area with many cultural traditions related to the Kiribá - Nengón music and dance rhythms, as well as unique culinary traditions and history, linked to banana production.

- This tour operates with a minimum number of passengers. Holiplus will reconfirm 48 hours before the departure of your tour. If the supplier decides to cancel, for not reaching the minimum number of passengers required, due to force majeure or bad weather conditions, Holiplus will offer you an alternative tour or refund, in full, the cost of your tour.
- Clients on excursions are accompanied and assisted throughout the tour by specialized driver-guides, who cover several languages.
- Pick-ups may be delayed up to 15 minutes depending on the number of hotels and the punctuality of the clients. The client must inform the sales office to avoid any inconvenience.
- The jeep is shared with other tourists (up to 4 pax/jeep).
- Those who wish to drive must bring their driving license.
- Jeeps have standard transmission.
Cancellation and no show policy:
- Cancellations more than 72 hours before the excursion: No penalty applies.
- Cancellations between 72 hours and 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 50% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 100% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- NO-SHOW: a penalty of 100% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- Reservation fees and credit card surcharges cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.
