Your Xenotes Cancun tour includes a delicious "glam picnic" style meal with hot soup, as well as sandwiches with cold meats and premium quality cheeses, wine and beer. Who said that enjoying the best activities in Cancun was incompatible with eating well and tasty food?
In addition, during the entire tour of the cenotes in Cancun you will have non-alcoholic beverages and chocolate or coffee at the exit of each cenote. Visit the most beautiful places hidden in the jungle on the Xenotes Cancun tour!

What includes?

Round trip transportation Hotel (or meeting point)-Xenotes-Hotel (or meeting point).
Entrance to four cenotes and the use of the following within their facilities:
Lifejacket, life tire, kayak, snorkel equipment, rappel equipment, towel, zip lines, hammocks and resting areas.
Restrooms, dressing rooms, showers
Water, soft drinks, chocolate, coffee, fruits, and cookies.
Glam picnic lunch with julienne soup, homemade bread, cold meats and fine cheeses, water, soft drinks, beer and wine.

Not included in the tour:

Additional activities in Cancun, Playa del Carmen or Riviera Maya.
Meals, snacks or beverages during transportation
Souvenirs, handicrafts, clothing, or any other product or service not mentioned (see list of what is included in the tour)

Recuerda traer impreso el comprobante de compra de tu admisión al Parque.
Viste ropa cómoda, calzado para nadar y traje de baño, trae una muda extra.

Si tu protector contiene uno de los siguientes ingredientes no podrás emplearlo: octocrileno, benzofenona, butil metoxidibenzoilmetano, hexilodecanol, dimetil apramida, cetil dimeticona, metilparabeno, polietileno, propilparaben, butilcarbamato.
Deberás ducharte antes de entrar a cualquiera de los cenotes.
Trae contigo una toalla adicional.
Si tienes cualquier problema de salud o impedimento físico, por favor contáctanos antes de hacer tu reservación, para así poderte asesorar al respecto
El uso de chaleco salvavidas es obligatorio durante las actividades acuáticas
Evita salir de los caminos marcados o preestablecidos por precaución
Si ves algún animal evita tocarlo, acercarte o alimentarlo, recuerda que están en su hábitat natural
Lleva efectivo o tarjeta para comprar souvenirs, realizar alguna actividad opcional o adquirir las fotos de tu visita.
Los visitantes deben llevar repelente y bloqueador solar, en lo posible que sean biodegradables y preferiblemente adquirirlo en las instalaciones del parque.
Todos los parques tienen Wifi, con excepción de Xentoes que es un área natural.
Cada parque tiene unas restricciones y actividades completamente diferentes.
