- Tour by mountain truck to the Guanayara Natural Park.

- Pick-ups may be delayed up to 15 minutes depending on the number of hotels and the punctuality of customers. The client must inform the sales office to avoid any inconvenience.
- This tour operates with a minimum of 6 passengers. Holiplus will reconfirm 48 hours before the departure of the excursion. If the provider decides to cancel due to not reaching the minimum number of passengers required, Holiplus will offer you an alternative tour or refund the cost of your tour in full.
- The truck is shared with other tourists.
- Maximum capacity: All terrain military truck: 20 pax.
- You do not need to present identification (passport or tourist card) for the excursion, thus avoiding misplacement or deterioration of the same.
- All excursions are guaranteed in English and Spanish. The rest of the languages will be confirmed according to availability.
Cancellation and no show policy:
- Cancellations more than 72 hours before the tour: No penalty applies.
- Cancellations between 72 hours and 48 hours before the tour: a penalty of 50% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before the tour: a penalty of 100% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- NO-SHOW: a penalty of 100% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- Note: no administrative costs or credit card fees can be refunded in case of cancellation.
