Description:

During the tour we will visit the places of greatest historical and cultural interest of Cienfuegos. We will walk along the Paseo del Prado and the Boulevard de San Fernando, where we will get in touch with the daily life of the Cienfuegueros, and where the main shopping centers are located. Visitors will also enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the city and its buildings from the heights of the Hotel La Unión. In José Martí Park, the heart of the historical center of Cienfueguero, you will learn about the process of founding the city, the only one founded by French immigrants in Cuba in the early 19th century. This is a magical place where we can admire the majesty of the buildings, especially the Government Palace, the Tomas Terry Theater and the Cathedral, jewels of the colonial architecture of Cienfueguera. Later, we will visit the Cultural Center of the Arts "Benny Moré" and enjoy different art and photography exhibitions after visiting galleries and personal workshops of local artists. We will finish the tour in the area of ​​Punta Gorda where important heritage buildings such as the Blue Palace, the Cienfuegos Yacht Club, Hotel Jagua and the Palacio de Valle (undisputed symbol of the city of Cienfuegos, with Mudejar style) are located.

Important historical and cultural places, such as Paseo del Prado, Boulevard de San Fernando, artisans market and the terrace of Hotel La Unión. In the José Martí Park, you will visit the City Hall Palace, the Tomás Terry Theater and the Cathedral. In addition, the Palatine Bar, the old Spanish Casino, the Arc de Triomphe, the monument to José Martí and the Cultural Center of the Arts "Benny Moré". Then we will walk through the Corridor of Santa Isabel and visit the Royal Pier and the Customs Park. We will continue our tour with the visit of the Blue Palace, Cienfuegos Yacht Club, Hotel Jagua and the Palacio de Valle, all in the Punta Gorda area.
