Tour Itinerary:

  • You will learn how to prepare the signature dish Paella Gibareña with premium seafood: shrimp, crab, and clams. The aforementioned ingredients will be boiled. The crab's body will be cut into eighths, and the clam meat will be removed from the shells. The broth from the boiling process will be used in the preparation of the rice. A sofrito will be made with annatto, bell pepper, garlic, and onion. The diced fish, crab, and clams will be added. Next, the raw shrimp will be sautéed and added to the selected and well-washed rice, and everything will be sautéed together. Then, the broth will be poured in, along with salt, pepper, and vinegar, and it will be cooked until the pot indicates that the preparation is complete. The pot will be uncovered, the contents stirred, and the pot closed again after disconnecting it from the power. The dish will be presented on serving platters, decorated with the crab claws and shells.
  • Recommended: light clothing, sunglasses, hats or caps, hard tennis or hiking boots or sandals, other protective layers for seasons rain, solar protection and photographic camera.
  • It is recommended to bring at least a bottle of water and light meals with sweet and protein.

  • Pick-ups may be delayed by a few minutes depending on the punctuality of the customers.
  • This tour operates without a minimum number of passengers. Holiplus will reconfirm 48 hours before the departure of your tour. If the provider decides to cancel, for reasons of force majeure or adverse weather conditions, Holiplus will offer an alternative tour or fully refund cost of your trip.
  • In case of force majeure the reservation may be cancelled or postponed to another date subject to availability.
  • Level of complexity: Easy.
  • Once the reservation is made you will receive in your email address the voucher with the information you have chosen. If you can, print the voucher to present it to your tour guide.
  • Pick-ups may be delayed up to 15 minutes depending on the number of hotels and the punctuality of the clients. The client must inform the sales office to avoid any inconvenience.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

  • In case of cancellation up to 96 hours before the start of the excursion, no penalty will be applied to the price of the tour.
  • Regarding cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the departure time of the excursion, a penalty of 50% of the excursion fare will be applied.
  • Cancellations reported within 24 hours before the departure time and No-Show (no presentation at departure time), a penalty of 100% of the excursion fare will be applied.
  • Booking fees and credit card surcharges cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.
