Itinerary

Visit the Dominican Republic’s first zip line course, built by one of Costa Rica’s most experienced zip line builders. After just a 45-minute drive in our Safari Jeeps, you’ll enter a whole new world of adventure. Our expert guides will teach you everything you need to know about the equipment and the excursion. You’ll be transported to the Welcome Center, where we’ll hold a safety briefing before heading to the first platform and getting ready for the challenge of flying from one platform to another. You’ll be secured to the cables with climbing gear, the longest of which is 800 meters. Stretching between the mountains over a distance of 2 miles. Let your body soar, fly from platform to platform, and enjoy the fresh air with a breathtaking view of the lush, ancient, and tropical Taina Mountains.

  • We recommend carrying a bottle of water to stay hydrated.

Policies and Conditions

  • The collected may be delayed up to 15 minutes depending on the number of hotels and punctuality of customers. Customer should be informed on sales desk to avoid disagreements.
  • This tour operates with a minimum of passengers. Holiplus will reconfirm 48 hours before the departure of your tour. If the provider decides to cancel, for not meeting the minimum required amount of passengers, Holiplus will offer an alternative tour or fully refund cost of your trip.
  • All excursions are guaranteed in English and Spanish. The rest of the languages will be confirmed according to availability.
  • The pick-ups can have a delay of up to 15 minutes, depending on the number of hotels and the punctuality of the customers.
  • The shared excursion service operates with a minimum of 20 passengers.
  • The client must be aware that that modifications in the original booking may generate changes on the final quotation.
  • Holiplus will try to avoid cancellation charges, the client must accept expenses incurred and charges established by the supplier, which may add be up to 100% of the original.
  • No show policy: 24 hours before the start of the tour: 100%.

Cancellation and no show policy:

  • Cancellations more than 72 hours before the tour: No penalty applies.
  • Cancellations between 72 hours and 48 hours before the tour: a penalty of 50% of the total value of the excursion applies.
  • Cancellations less than 48 hours before the tour: a penalty of 100% of the total value of the excursion applies.
  • NO-SHOW: a penalty of 100% of the total value of the excursion applies.
