“HAVANA - HEMINGWAY ROUTE” Tour
The great American author fell in love with Cuba on his first visit in 1932, attracted firstly by the marlin fishing. It was not until 1939, however, that Hemingway decided to move to the island, initially setting down in the Ambos Mundos Hotel in Old Havana. Having decided to stay on, he found a quite village outside the town in which to write, Finca Vigía, where he lived up to 1960 when he returned to US, a year before his suicide.
