Topes de Collantes Natural Park, it constitutes a unique paradise for lovers of direct contact with nature. It is a place to stop before the existence of a prodigal nature that creates a healthy and purified environment of pollution levels of modern life, stress and anxiety. It is a mountain village located in the natural park of the same name; it is located in the Sierra del Escambray, 800 meters above sea level. You will immediately feel the difference in temperature with an average of 21 degrees Celsius much cooler than in Trinidad. This mountain climate benefits the production of coffee, whose plantations can be known while hiking. Hiking enthusiasts will have a great time when starting the hike to the Huellas de la Historia trail to reach the Javira waterfall in the El Cubano Natural Park.
El Cubano Natural Park is located 7 km north of the city of Trinidad where you will find natural landscapes, hanging bridges, wells, interpretive trails, baths with waterfalls, hiking and bird watching, trying to find our national bird, the Cuban trogon (Tocororo), all ideal for lovers of ecotourism, adventure and nature. El Cubano Natural Park is an ideal place for lovers of hiking and nature, has a route with an approximate length of 2 kilometers long, very attractive as it passes through the Guaurabo River, here you will find the Huella de la Historia Trail, the Cimarrones de Javira Trail, Rancho Los Almendros, a place for meditation and to enjoy the Javira waterfall. The trail offers the possibility to learn about the life of the slaves in what was the "Ingenito", one of the first sugar mills built in Trinidad. The trail goes through the typical pre-mountain forest. Many birds of colorful plumage and cheerful trills populate the place.

Cancellation Policy
• In case of cancellation up to 72 hours before the departure time of the excursion, a penalty of 10% of the excursion fare will be charged. • Regarding cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the departure time of the excursion, a penalty of 50% of the excursion fare will be applied. • Cancellations reported within 24 hours before the departure time and No-Show (no presentation at departure time), a penalty of 100% of the excursion fare will be applied. • Booking fees and credit card surcharges cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.
