• Visit to the Turtle Rescue Center (on-site explanation of the sustainability work for the vitality of the sanctuary). Renowned for its turtle observation, nesting and release program, few sites in the Caribbean can compete with the beauty of the seabed of Cayo Largo del Sur, whose warm waters are home to a variety of underwater flora and fauna. Environmental education is a fundamental purpose of the program. Small groups of turtles are kept for a year or a year and a half, during which time they reach a size that allows them to survive in the environment, while at the same time showing tourists and workers the work being done and making them aware of the importance of conserving these species.
• Visit to the Casa Del Campesino, Cuban experience tour, including a Creole lunch with liquids (Coctail Canchánchara).
