In this tour you will enjoy a nature adventure combining the colonial history of Trinidad with the diversity of flora and fauna of the Alturas de Banao Ecological Reserve.
Itinerary
- Pick up at hotels or Céspedes Park.
- Stop at the Mirador del Valle de los Ingenios, with explanation and enjoyment of an optional Canopy session.
- Visit to the Casa Hacienda Guáimaro, interpretation center of the valley of the mills.
- Visit Alturas de Banao Ecological Reserve with a welcome cocktail and explanation at the visitor's center, walk to the Bella waterfall by mule or on foot, swimming time with a cocktail offer and typical lunch at Ranchón Jarico and liquid included.
- Tour to the house of Ingenio Iznaga, with explanation, observation of the Tower, trapiche, slave quarters and offers of handicrafts.
- On the way back to the city you will visit the Casa del Alfarero, where you will appreciate the art of pottery preserved by a Trinitarian family, and have the opportunity to buy souvenirs from the region.
- Return to the hotels.
Distance to be covered in the tour: 110 km from the city of Trinidad - 140 km from hotels on the Ancon Peninsula.

Policies and Conditions
- Pick-ups may be delayed up to 15 minutes depending on the number of hotels and the punctuality of customers. The client must inform the sales office to avoid inconformities.
- Minimum Pax for the excursion: 1 Pax.
- The clients on the excursions are accompanied and assisted throughout the tour by specialized driver-guides, who in turn cover the following languages: Spanish, English, French, Italian, Russian and Portuguese.
Cancellation and no show policy:
- Cancellations more than 72 hours before the tour: No penalty applies.
- Cancellations between 72 hours and 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 25% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 50% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- NO-SHOW: a penalty of 100% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- NO-SHOW with change of date: a penalty of 25% of the total value of the excursion applies and a new ticket must be purchased for the new date.
- Reservation fees and credit card surcharges cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.
