"CIENFUEGOS - GUANAROCA LAGOON - DOLPHINARIUM" Tour
The Guanaroca Lagoon is the most important protected area in the province of Cienfuegos. It is characterized by one of the most unique ecosystems in our country, and is essential in sustaining marine life in the Cienfuegos Bay. A great variety of aquatic birds find refuge in its waters, such as: pink flamingos, sea coruas, gannets and Florida ducks.
Itinerary:
- Pick up in the city.
- Visit to the Guanaroca Lagoon, a protected area.
- Lunch at the Rancho Luna Dolphinarium.
- Enjoy the show and swim with the dolphins.
- Return to the city

- The collected may be delayed up to 15 minutes depending on the number of hotels and punctuality of customers. Customer should be informed on sales desk to avoid disagreements. -This tour operates with a minimum of passengers. Holiplus will reconfirm 48 hours before the departure of your tour. If the provider decides to cancel, for not meeting the minimum required amount of passengers, Holiplus will offer an alternative tour or fully refund cost of your trip.

- The clients on the excursions are accompanied and assisted throughout the tour by specialized driver-guides, who in turn cover the following languages: Spanish, English, French, Italian, Russian and Portuguese.
Cancellation and no show policy:
- Cancellations more than 72 hours before the excursion: No penalty applies.
- Cancellations between 72 hours and 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 25% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 50% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- NO-SHOW: a penalty of 100% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- Reservation fees and credit card surcharges cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.
