This service operates with a minimum of 8 passengers. Holiplus will reconfirm 48 hours before the departure of your excursion. If the provider decides to cancel, due to not reaching the minimum number of passengers required, or due to force majeure or bad weather conditions, Holiplus will offer you an alternative or refund, in full, the amount paid.

Pick-ups may be delayed up to 15 minutes depending on the number of hotels and the punctuality of the clients. The client should inquire at the sales desk to avoid any inconvenience.

The bus transfer service is shared according to the number of passengers in the service and includes all stops indicated in the itinerary.
Cancellation policy:
- NO SHOWS or CANCELLATIONS with less than 72 hrs are penalized with 100% of the total amount of the reserved service.
