Air Ticket "PLAYA BARACOA AIRPORT (UPB) - (HAVANA) - CAYO LAS BRUJAS AIRPORT (BWW)"

General Operating Conditions:

• SERVICE MODE: Charter flight.
• CLASS OF SERVICE: Economy Class "Y" with allowance, per passenger, 20 kg of checked baggage and 5 kg of carry-on baggage.
• AIRPORT CHECK-IN START TIME: 2 hours before the scheduled flight departure time.
• FLIGHT CLOSING TIME: 1 hour before the scheduled flight departure time.
• Children 0-1 year (11 months and 29 days) are free as long as they do not occupy a seat.

Cancellation and No-Show Penalties:

• Cancellations made from the date of booking confirmation up to 72 hours before the flight date will incur a penalty of 25% of the service price.

• Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the flight date will incur a penalty of 50% of the service price.

• No-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the flight date will incur a penalty of 100% of the service price.

• THE CLIENT will make reservations at least ten (10) days before the flight date and within 72 hours. After this time, requests will only be accepted in exceptional cases, subject to prior confirmation.

• THE CLIENT will notify any modification to the previous request at least seventy-two (72) hours before the start of the requested services; and confirm any cancellation at least twenty-four (24) hours before the start of the service.

Other Penalties:

• Ticket issuance deadline (after booking) is 72 hours
• Passenger name release deadline (after booking) is 72 hours
• Date change: Permitted 24 hours before the day of the flight, based on the fare charged, and a $25.00 fee applies, at any time.
• Name change: Not permitted after ticket issuance. This means name cancellation and a new reservation must be made, and a $25.00 fee applies.
