This service was created with the aim of satisfying the transportation needs of both national and international travelers who are in Cuba for their vacations. The transfer service links the capital of Cuba, Havana with several of the country's main tourist destinations such as Pinar del Rio to finally reach Viñales, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The buses will pick up customers at the main hotels in the city and transport them on the selected route. The service is designed taking as its point of departure or arrival the hotels of the City of Havana, grouped in three geographical centers: Historical Center of Havana (East), Vedado (Center) and Miramar - Playa (West).
Pick up at the specified hotels in Havana, stop in Las Barrigonas to rest for 20 minutes and continue the trip to Pinar del Rf o, later to Viñales with stops at the following points (same route in reverse)

- This service operates with no minimum number of passengers. If the provider decides to cancel due to force majeure or bad weather conditions, Holiplus will offer an alternative or refund, in full, the amount paid.
- Pick-ups may be delayed up to 15 minutes depending on the number of hotels and the punctuality of the clients. The client should inquire at the sales desk to avoid any inconvenience.
- The bus transfer service is shared according to the number of passengers in the service and includes all stops indicated in the itinerary.
Cancellation and no show policy:
- Cancellations more than 72 hours before the tour: No penalty applies.
- Cancellations between 72 hours and 48 hours before the tour: a penalty of 50% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before the tour: a penalty of 100% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- NO-SHOW: a penalty of 100% of the total value of the excursion applies.
