Description
The tour begins with pick up at the client's accommodation, transfer to Topes de Collantes a natural park nestled in the Escambray Mountains, visit La Casa del Café to taste some of the best coffees in Cuba and then you can see the sundial and a gallery of Cuban Art. Time for lunch at Mi Retiro Restaurant and then return to the city where you start touring its historic center, a city full of remarkable colonial architecture classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and Craft City of the World, tour the Plaza Mayor and visit one of the local museums, as well as some local cultural projects, at the end of the tour you will return to your accommodation.

- Pick-ups may be delayed up to 15 minutes depending on the number of hotels and the punctuality of customers. The client must inform the sales office to avoid inconformities.
- Minimum Pax for the excursion: 1 Pax.
- The clients on the excursions are accompanied and assisted throughout the tour by specialized driver-guides, who in turn cover the following languages: Spanish, English, French, Italian, Russian and Portuguese.
Cancellation and no show policy:
- Cancellations more than 72 hours before the tour: No penalty applies.
- Cancellations between 72 hours and 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 25% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 50% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- NO-SHOW: a penalty of 100% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- Reservation fees and credit card surcharges cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.
