Itinerary:
- Transportation to and from the Embarcadero Carena Pier.
- Navigation to Cayo Saetía Dolphinarium.
- Music and entertainment on board.
- Swim with dolphins for 30 minutes with the assistance of a trainer.
- Open bar (Standard Class).
• Recommended: light clothing, swimwear, sunglasses, hats or caps, tennis, sandals or comfortable shoes, solar protection and photographic camera. • For the tour we recommend a water bottle. • We recommend to bring cash in small denominations for souvenirs, drinks and tips.

- This tour operates with no minimum number of passengers. Holiplus will reconfirm 48 hours before departure. If the provider decides to cancel due to force majeure or bad weather conditions, Holiplus will offer you an alternative or refund, in full, the amount paid.
- Pick-ups may be delayed up to 15 minutes depending on the number of hotels and the punctuality of the clients. The customer must inform the sales office to avoid any inconvenience.
- Children under 2 years old travel FREE on all excursions. They only pay for the consumption made directly at the facilities.
- Cases of theft and/or loss must be reported by the client to the nearest police station. The supplier is not responsible for belongings left in means of transport and (or) extra-hotel establishments.
- The client must not disassociate himself from the group or the guide who leads them during the tours.
- The order of execution of an excursion can be varied depending on external factors, atmospheric or adjustments for the amount of pax of the day.
- In the nautical excursions, after one hour, if the conditions do not allow to continue the excursion, either by cause and (or) decision of the client or by weather conditions, there is no refund to the client.
- For the dolphin swim, children from 0-2, pregnant women and handicapped people are not allowed, for safety reasons.
- For reasons of dolphin management, it is possible to decree periods in which swimming with dolphins is not included, informing the price to be applied in a timely manner.
- Maximum capacity for the excursion: 30 pax.
- All excursions are guaranteed in English and Spanish. Other languages will be confirmed according to availability.
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY:
- Cancellations more than 72 hours before the excursion: No penalty applies.
- Cancellations between 72 hours and 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 50% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 100% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- NO-SHOW: a penalty of 100% of the total value of the excursion applies.
