Additional Information / Recommendations:
- Remember to bring printed proof of purchase of your tour.
- Approximate duration: 5 hours.
- Visitors with a disability should always be accompanied by a family member or friend who assists them at all times.
- Activities not recommended for people with heart problems, fear of heights, claustrophobia or getting easily dizzy. Have a recent surgery, back pain or weighing more than 136 kg. Some activities at Xenses are not recommended for pregnant women. For zip lines, the minimum height required is 1.40 m. and the minimum weight required is 40 kg.
- The minimum recommended age is 5 years.
- Children from 0 to 4 years old are free. Children from 5 to 11 years discount rate. Indispensable to present official identification at the ticket offices of the Park. Children older than 1.40 m but under 12 years old, must present identification to prove their age.
- The activities of Tobogán and Vuelo de Pájaro include aquatic areas with a depth between 1.10 m and 1.30 m deep. It is recommended that in these activities children under 1.30 m tall who can not swim, are accompanied by their parents.
- The activity of Bird Flight is recommended for children from five years of age, as long as the harness fits them correctly.
