Located 8 km from Playa Giron in the Peninsula de Zapata destination, Caleta Buena is a tourist facility that arises from the beauty of several associated natural resources: the cove, fauna and flora. Inside the cove there is a natural pool of very transparent waters where fish of different colors and sizes can be observed. It is also part of the speleological system of the Zapata Swamp, which is considered the most extensive and preserved of the Insular Caribbean. Caleta Buena is located within the largest and best preserved wetland of the insular Caribbean, in one of the Biosphere Reserves of our country and will be a future Natural Patrimony of Humanity.

- This tour operates with no minimum number of passengers. If the supplier decides to cancel due to force majeure or bad weather conditions, Holiplus will offer you an alternative tour or refund, in full, the cost of your tour.
- Clients on excursions are accompanied and assisted throughout the tour by specialized driver-guides, who cover several languages.
- Pick-ups may be delayed up to 15 minutes depending on the number of hotels and the punctuality of the clients. The client must inform the sales office to avoid any inconvenience.
- The jeep is shared with other tourists (up to 4 pax/jeep).
- Those who wish to drive must bring their driving license.
- Jeeps have standard transmission.
Cancellation and no show policy:
- Cancellations more than 72 hours before the excursion: No penalty applies.
- Cancellations between 72 hours and 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 25% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 50% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- NO-SHOW: a penalty of 100% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- Reservation fees and credit card surcharges cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.
