Transfer in 4x4 jeeps from Ramon de Antilla to the community of Alcala (Ramon de Antilla - Cortadera - Bijaru - Tacajo - La Trocha - Alcala), brief stop in the community of Alcala to learn about the services available to the rural population as family doctors, schools, churches, among others, continuation to visit the farm of a farmer, where you can appreciate the pineapple plantations, cultivation of various species in a totally healthy environment without polluting products, including the tasting of its tropical flavor with a delicious pineapple strained in its natural fruit. Continuation in the jeeps to Ranchon Alcala, peasant farm with free time for horseback riding and enjoy the rural environment, Cuban Creole lunch is included.

- This tour operates with a minimum of 4 passengers. Holiplus will reconfirm 48 hours before the departure of your tour. If the supplier decides to cancel, due to not reaching the minimum number of passengers required, or due to force majeure or bad weather conditions, Holiplus will offer you an alternative or refund, in full, the amount paid.
- Pick-ups may be delayed up to 15 minutes depending on the number of hotels and the punctuality of the clients. The customer must inform the sales office to avoid any inconvenience.
- Children under 2 years old travel FREE on all excursions. They only pay for the consumption made directly at the facilities.
- Cases of theft and/or loss must be reported by the client to the nearest police station. The supplier is not responsible for belongings left in means of transport and (or) extra-hotel establishments.
- The client must not disassociate himself from the group or the guide who leads them during the tours.
- The order of execution of an excursion can be varied depending on external factors, atmospheric or adjustments for the amount of pax of the day.
- In Jeep excursions, when the client wishes to drive, he/she must carry his/her driver's license. Otherwise, he/she will not be able to do the excursion and it will be considered a no-show.
- Only those over 18 years of age and with a valid driver's license will be allowed to drive the jeeps.
- The jeep is shared with other tourists (up to 4 pax/jeep).
- Jeeps have standard transmission.
- All excursions are guaranteed in English and Spanish. Other languages will be confirmed according to availability.
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY:
- Cancellations more than 72 hours before the excursion: No penalty applies.
- Cancellations between 72 hours and 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 50% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 100% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- NO-SHOW: a penalty of 100% of the total value of the excursion applies.
