Jeep Safari “MINI JEEP”
Half-day jeep tour of the keys, with a visit to tourist facilities located in natural areas and the Central West Biosphere Reserve of Cayo Coco where the highest sand dune of the key is located with 12 m high and one of the highest in the Insular Caribbean, and a viewpoint that allows the observation of the extraordinary coastal landscape. With a visit to La Gaviota shopping center, it is possible to buy souvenirs and Cuban products, and lunch at Flamencos Beach can be included.
Itinerary:
- Pick up at the hotel.
- Tour of the public use area of the Biosphere Reserve in Cayo Coco with visits to:
- Visit to La Güira Site (Tourist facility that recreates the history of the key, in the middle of the natural forest), with tour of the facility and liquid.
- Visit to the Artisans Square in the Shopping Mall in Cayo Coco: with time for shopping and sale of souvenirs, Cuban handicrafts and Cuban products, including a coffee or tea.
- Transfer to the Ecological Reserve with visit to the viewpoint of Playa Prohibida for observation of the coastal landscape with the dunes of Loma del Puerto from a ranchon enabled for observation and gastronomic services.
- Visit to the Cueva del Jabalí: Natural cave conditioned for recreation in an environment of flora and fauna of interest. tour of the rooms, including the bat room. Includes a liquid.
- Variant without lunch, return to the hotels.
- Variant with lunch, transfer to Ranchón de Playa with lunch based on a sea and land and a liquid.
- Return to the hotel.
• Recommended: light clothing, sunglasses, hats or caps, tennis, sandals or comfortable shoes and photographic camera. • For the tour we recommend a water bottle.

Policies and Conditions
- This tour operates with a minimum of 3 passengers. Holiplus will reconfirm 48 hours before the departure of your tour. If the supplier decides to cancel, due to not reaching the minimum number of passengers required, or due to force majeure or bad weather conditions, Holiplus will offer you an alternative or reimburse you, in full, the amount paid.
- The clients on the excursions are accompanied and assisted throughout the tour by specialized driver-guides, who also cover several languages.
- Pick-ups may be delayed up to 15 minutes depending on the number of hotels and the punctuality of the clients. The client must inform the sales office to avoid any inconvenience.
- A supplement of 10.00 USD per pax will be applied to clients who require professional driver service in the jeep. When the excursion is a single jeep tour the driver is mandatory and is included in the price of the tour, it is not considered a supplement.
- The jeep is shared with other tourists (up to 4 pax/jeep).
- Those who wish to drive must bring their driving license.
- The jeeps have standard transmission.
Cancellation and no show policy:
- Cancellations more than 72 hours before the excursion: No penalty applies.
- Cancellations between 72 hours and 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 25% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 50% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- NO-SHOW: a penalty of 100% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- Reservation fees and credit card surcharges cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.
