A 5 km walk along a mountain road where you can observe the natural values of the place, very rich in native flora and fauna, until you reach the top of the hill where you will be welcomed at the Casona with a buffet table of seasonal fruits. Explanation by the guide of the characteristics of the area, details of the activity, information about the rules of conduct and hygienic and sanitary measures to be followed during the visit. Ascent to the viewpoint where you will have the opportunity to observe the savannah landscape and the mountainous massif, time for photos.
The Loma de Cunagua is the most prominent elevation in the province of Ciego de Avila and is today an important natural space for the development of ecotourism in the central region of Cuba. Belonging to the Ramsar site Gran Humedal Norte and the Buenavista Biosphere Reserve, it is 364 meters above sea level and stands out for its attractive landscape surrounded by lush trees, which serve as a shelter for a wide range of birds, reptiles, insects and other animals.
Lunch (includes main course (beef, pork or chicken), with rice, mixed salad, vianda and a liquid included.
Itinerary:
- Visit to the farm 3 de Galán in the lower part of the Loma de Cunagua Fauna Refuge to walk the parrot trail. Ascent by mountain road to the Loma de Cunagua with visit to the installation with viewpoint to observe the Great Wetland.
- Lunch at Loma de Cunagua.
• Recommended: light clothing, sunglasses, hats or caps, tennis, sandals or comfortable shoes and photographic camera. • For the tour we recommend a water bottle.

Cancellation and no show policy:
- Cancellations more than 72 hours before the tour: No penalty applies.
- Cancellations between 72 hours and 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 25% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 50% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- NO-SHOW: a penalty of 100% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- Reservation fees and credit card surcharges cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.
