"VISIT TO THE RIO MAXIMO CROCODILE FARM" Tour
In this experience, we will visit the Crocodile Reproduction and Conservation Center located on the banks of the Máximo River in the Cubitas Mountains north of Camagüey, where we will learn about the conservation and reproduction practices of the American crocodile.
Itinerary
- Reception in the Visitor's Center.
- Welcome cocktail.
- Path selected by the client accompanied by a specialized guide of the area
- Information about the reproduction process of the crocodile in captivity, as well as the code of conduct and protocol of hygienic and sanitary measures to be followed during the stay.
- Tour of the crocodile breeding area
- Show and Time for photos to the crocodiles.
- Back to the city.
Note: We recommend the use of appropriate clothing and footwear for hiking in the forest of medium to high complexity and bring insect repellent.
• Recommended: light clothing, sunglasses, hats or caps, tennis, sandals or comfortable shoes and photographic camera. • For the tour we recommend a water bottle.

- This tour operates with no minimum number of passengers. If the supplier decides to cancel due to force majeure or bad weather conditions, Holiplus will offer you an alternative tour or refund, in full, the cost of your tour.
- Transportation is not included.
Cancellation and no show policy:
- Cancellations more than 72 hours before the tour: No penalty applies.
- Cancellations between 72 hours and 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 25% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 50% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- NO-SHOW: a penalty of 100% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- Reservation fees and credit card surcharges cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.
