Vista Hermosa is also to the partner of the project that serves a farm-to-table menu. Your coach will drop you off around 500 meters from the farm gate. Three options are available to get there: ride on horseback, board a trailer tugged by a vintage tractor or walk the distance. Upon arrival, your typically hospitable hosts will offer fresh fruit, as well as coconut milk and sugarcane juice, all grown on the farm.
The farm manager will give you an overview of the site operations, as well as the Cuban agricultural sector, including its various forms of cooperatives and related productions. In the course of your sightseeing tour, you will be exposed to various crops, including fruit trees, vegetables, and tubers that are used by the site restaurant chef in the preparation of delicious dishes.
Your guide will show you poultry, pigs, goats, rabbits, and cattle that are being raised under an organic feeding regime.
Vista Hermosa also operates a food processing facility that produces farm-house cheeses, ham, and sausages from its locally generated meat and milk supplies.

Cancellation Policy
• In case of cancellation up to 72 hours before the departure time of the excursion, a penalty of 10% of the excursion fare will be charged. • Regarding cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the departure time of the excursion, a penalty of 50% of the excursion fare will be applied. • Cancellations reported within 24 hours before the departure time and No-Show (no presentation at departure time), a penalty of 100% of the excursion fare will be applied. • Booking fees and credit card surcharges cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.
