Description of the Excursion:
- Clients will be received in the Hotel lobby with a non-alcoholic welcome cocktail (alcohol can be added upon request) and will be able to enjoy a small musical group (musical duo). The entertainment team and a representation of the facility's staff will participate. In case children arrive at the key, they will be able to enjoy a children's cocktail.
Excursionists will be able to enjoy:

Buffet lunch with assisted service at Paraíso Restaurant from 12:00 to 3:00 PM, including 2 liquids of national production.

Before and after these hours, the Restaurant will provide customers with offers not included in the price of the excursion of drinks, smoothies, cocktails with and without alcohol, Cuban cocktails and light snacks such as sandwiches, hamburgers and snack products at the request of the customer.

In the afternoon, guests will be able to enjoy the animation activity by the hotel's entertainers (optional).

- This tour operates without a minimum of passengers. Holiplus will reconfirm 48 hours before the departure of your tour. If the provider decides to cancel, for reasons of force majeure or adverse weather conditions, Holiplus will offer an alternative tour or fully refund cost of your trip.
- In case of force majeure the reservation may be cancelled or postponed to another date subject to availability.
- Level of complexity: Low.
- Once the reservation is made you will receive in your email address the voucher with the information you have chosen. If you can, print the voucher to present it to your tour guide.
- Pick-ups may be delayed up to 15 minutes depending on the number of hotels and the punctuality of the clients. The client must inform the sales office to avoid any inconvenience.
Cancellation and No Show Policy:
- In case of cancellation up to 96 hours before the start of the excursion, no penalty will be applied to the price of the tour.
- Regarding cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the departure time of the excursion, a penalty of 50% of the excursion fare will be applied.
- Cancellations reported within 24 hours before the departure time and No-Show (no presentation at departure time), a penalty of 100% of the excursion fare will be applied.
- Booking fees and credit card surcharges cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.
