The shuttle service connects the Cuban capital, Havana, with all provincial capitals and the country's main tourist destinations, using a modern, comfortable, and safe fleet of special-service buses. The buses will pick up customers at the main bus terminals in each city or tourist area and transport them along the selected route.

Policies and Conditions

  • This service operates with no minimum passenger number. Holiplus will reconfirm your transfer service 48 hours before departure. If the provider decides to cancel due to force majeure, Holiplus will offer an alternative transfer service or fully refund the cost of your service.
  • The bus transfer service is shared based on the number of passengers on the service and includes all stops indicated in the itinerary.
  • The Company reserves the right to transfer passengers from one route/schedule to another due to operational needs. The Company is required to notify the customer at least 3 hours in advance and offer the customer the option of a 100% refund or free modification if they do not agree with the change.
  • The deadline to arrive in person and confirm check-in is up to one (1) hour and thirty (30) minutes before the scheduled departure time.
  • The deadline to board the bus is up to ten (10) minutes before the scheduled departure time. After the check-in and boarding time limit has passed, the reservation is no longer valid and is non-refundable.
  • At intermediate bus stops, the bus will not wait for customers for more than 5 minutes after the established stop time has elapsed.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse admission and will not accept: a. Persons who are intoxicated or otherwise display any behavior that may affect the quality of service or the safety of other passengers and crew. b. Abuse of facilities, buses, or staff. c. Transportation of pets. d. Transportation of unaccompanied minors under 16 years of age.

RESERVATION MODIFICATIONS:

  • Modifications can be made online or in person at VIAZUL agencies, as a ten (10)% penalty applies.
  • Customers with reservations are permitted to book free of charge (advance travel for departures currently boarding).

CANCELLATION (REFUND) AND NO-SHOW POLICIES:

Cancellation conditions and processing fees: Reservation refunds are permitted, but the following penalties apply:

  • a. If requested before ninety-six (96) hours prior to the scheduled departure, a penalty of ten (10)% of the total reservation amount will apply.
  • b. If requested between ninety-six (96) and thirty-six (36) hours prior to the scheduled departure, a penalty of twenty-five (25)% of the total reservation amount will apply.
  • c. If requested between thirty-six (36) and six (6) hours prior to the scheduled departure, a penalty of fifty (50)% of the total reservation amount applies.
  • d. Cancellations made less than six (6) hours prior to the scheduled departure of the reservation with a NO SHOW OUT will not be refunded and the reservation will be invalidated. A penalty of one hundred (100)% of the total reservation amount applies.
  • e. Reservations for unaccompanied cargo (parcels) are non-refundable.
  • f. In cases of accident, illness, death, or deprivation of liberty, the Company will accept requests for a 100% refund; the client is required to provide supporting evidence.
  • g. In the event of exceptional events decreed by the Civil Defense or national authorities, such as natural disasters, epidemics, or pandemics, the Company will accept requests for a 100% refund.
  • h. In the event of a delay, prolonged disruption, or route failure, the Company will offer a transfer; the customer can choose to wait for the rescheduled time or request a 100% refund of the outstanding journey cost.
