- This tour operates with a minimum of 30 passengers. The Agency will confirm again 48 hours before the departure of your route. If the provider decides to cancel, for not meeting the minimum number of passengers required, the agency will offer an alternative route or the full cost of reimbursement of your trip.
- Pick up may be delayed up to 15 minutes depending on the number of hotels and punctuality of the clients. The client must be informed at the sales desk to avoid disagreements.
- The pick up schedule may vary depending on the summer or winter season, the same will be informed in due time.
- All excursions are guaranteed in English and Spanish. Other languages will be confirmed according to availability.
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY:
- Cancellations more than 72 hours before the excursion: No penalty applies.
- Cancellations between 72 hours and 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 50% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before the excursion: a penalty of 100% of the total value of the excursion applies.
- NO-SHOW: a penalty of 100% of the total value of the excursion applies.
