LA CASA DEL HABANO WAS OPENED IN MELIA SANTIAGO DE CUBA, CUBA. The 25th of July, 2015 a new franchise La Casa del Habano opened by Caracol S.A. in Meliá Santiago de Cuba Hotel lobby at Las Américas Ave. and M street, Reparto Sueño, Santiago de Cuba, Cuba.
Itinerary:
Visit to Casa de Habanos: 30 minutes
- Demonstration of a cigar rolling. Ritual of tobacco lighting by a specialist. Delivery of a cigar and a tobacco pad (Partagas Millefluer tobacco).
Pairing I: 45 minutes
- 1 cup of espresso coffee to be tasted. Explanation of how the house is structured. Demonstration of a torcido. 1 shot of Ron Añejo. Delivery of a cigar. Delivery of a tobacco pad. Ritual of tobacco lighting by a specialist (Partagas Millefleur / Romeo y Julieta Millefleur / Hoyo de Monterrey Palmas extra).
VIP pairing: 60 minutes
- 1 cup of espresso coffee to be tasted. Explanation of how the house is structured. Demonstration of a torcido. 1 shot of Rum Añejo. Delivery of a Habano Cohiba Siglo II (high standard Vitola). Ritual of tobacco ignition by a specialist. Delivery of matchbox and cigar cutter.
Hours: Monday to Sunday from 11.30 am - 9.30 pm.

• This tour operates with a minimum of passengers. Holiplus will reconfirm 48 hours before the departure of your tour. If the provider decides to cancel, for not meeting the minimum required amount of passengers, Holiplus will offer an alternative tour or fully refund cost of your trip.
Cancellation and no show policy:
- Cancellations must be made before 48 hrs prior to the enjoyment of the tour and 100% of the value of the tour will be refunded.
- Cancellations between 48 hrs and 12.00 hrs prior to the enjoyment of the tour will be penalized with 50% of the value of the tour.
- If the client does not show up at the departure time of the tour (no show), 100% of the value of the tour will be deducted.
- The cancellation of the service due to force majeure does not entail a penalty and the client will be refunded 100% of the amount paid.
