Ciudad Escolar 26 de Julio (formerly Cuartel Moncada), is a teaching building, formerly a military barracks. It acquired historical relevance on July 26th, 1953 when a group of 135 guerrillas commanded by Fidel Castro, Raul Castro and Abel Santamaria carried out the assault on it.
Program:
- Departure from Santiago by taxi or air-conditioned bus to the Granjita Siboney Museum.
- Attention of specialized guide.
- Visit to the Granjita Siboney. Historical site from where the assailants of the Moncada Barracks departed.
- Visit to the 26 de Julio Museum, former Moncada Barracks and the Palace of Justice (panoramic).
- Panoramic tour of the Abel Santamaría Cuadrado Museum and the Palace of Justice.
- Return to the hotel.

General conditions:
- Children from 0 to 2 years old are free on conventional tours.
- Children from 3 to 12 years old have a 50% discount on the tours, in correspondence with the price for the range of clients. Children do not have a minimum age for excursions.
- Children up to 18 years of age do not have access to cabaret and disco nightclubs.
- Departure time for tours is 9.00 am for those tours that are not required.
Cancellation and no show policy:
- Cancellations must be made before 48 hrs prior to the enjoyment of the tour and 100% of the value of the tour will be refunded.
- Cancellations between 48 hrs and 12.00 hrs prior to the enjoyment of the tour will be penalized with 50% of the value of the tour.
- If the client does not show up at the departure time of the tour (no show), 100% of the value of the tour will be deducted.
- The cancellation of the service due to force majeure does not entail a penalty and the client will be refunded 100% of the amount paid.
