Chile has 40% of the world's astronomical observation. The history of astronomy in Chile dates back to the study and observation of the stars and celestial cycles by various societies of indigenous peoples who have inhabited or still inhabit their territory.

Departure at the end of the day from San Pedro de Atacama.
We will experience an Archeo-Astronomy session, where expert guides will explain to us how the Atacameños wise men performed stargazing long before the arrival of the Spanish.
In this way we will find out the name and meaning of each figure in the sky, we will talk about the River of Stars, the name that the Atacameños gave to the Milky Way, and the great importance it deserves for "All Saints' Day" this great journey after death.
