  • On September 21, 1843, Fort Bulnes was founded as the very first Chilean settlement in Southern Patagonia.
  • Situated on the Santa Ana Peninsula, overlooking the majestic Strait of Magellan and approximately 60 kilometers south of Punta Arenas, this historic site offers a unique opportunity to step back in time and understand the hardships and resilience of the early Chilean settlers who made this remote region their home.
  • During the visit, we will explore the Park Visitor Center, where you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, including the rugged coastline and expansive Patagonian plains.
  • We will also stop at the geographical marker that signifies the geographic center of Chile, an iconic landmark that highlights the country’s impressive reach from north to south.

DOCUMENTATION:

  • It is the responsibility of each passenger to carry the relevant documents for the proper completion of their trip.
  • Passengers must be informed and prepared to comply with visa, vaccination, and other regulations specific to the countries they are visiting.
  • Therefore, passengers must bear the costs incurred due to non-compliance or misinformation regarding entry and mobility regulations within the different countries they are traveling to. In the case of Chilean and foreign passengers, they must present their foreign documentation, otherwise, VAT corresponding to 19% of the fare will be charged directly to the passenger.

  • 32-15 days before the start of the tour: 30% penalty of the total amount of the originally booked tour.
  • 14–10 days before the start of the tour: 50% penalty of the total amount of the originally booked tour.
  • 9–0 days before the start of the tour: 100% penalty of the total amount of the originally booked tour.
  • No Show: 100% penalty of the total amount of the originally booked tour.
