Easter Island, a territory of Chile, is a remote volcanic island in Polynesia. Its native name is RAPA NUI. It is famous for its archaeological sites, including about 900 monumental statues called "moai", created by the inhabitants between the 13th and 16th centuries. Moai are carved human figures with oversized heads, often leaning on huge stone pedestals called ahus. Ahu Tongariki has the largest group of upright moai.
The typical food of the island is based mainly on marine products, such as fish and shellfish, so we can try a delicious starter, main course and an exquisite dessert, all based on local products.
Each dance at the KARI KARI Cultural Center represents scenes of daily life, both love and war, so in many of them you can see a great display of strength on the part of the dancers, who will not cease to amaze us during our evening.
