FRUTILLAR, is a city located in the western bay of Lake Llanquihue, in Patagonia, Los Lagos region, Chile. It is characterized by views of the volcanoes and the shore of the bay next to the horizon of the great Llanquihue Lake. A place where peaceful life, cheerful gardens, colorful houses and tea rooms mix. It is known for the German traditions of its founders and the Frutillar Music Weeks. Thanks to this festival and the Teatro del Lago, the city has become the capital of music in Chile. Frutillar perfectly represents southern traditions. We will appreciate these traditions in its architecture, species of roses introduced in the gardens, and in the typical pastry and gastronomy.

LAGO LLANQUIHUE, corresponds to the second largest lake in Chile after Lake General Carrera, with an area of 860 km². It is located in the Los Lagos Region, Chile, between the provinces of Llanquihue and Osorno.
