After breakfast departure to the city of Cienfuegos, founded by the French and known as the Pearl of the South. This city is recognized by the perfect layout of its streets, and buildings of high architectural value that reveal the splendor of a culture with strong influence of its founders. For all these reasons it has been declared a World Heritage Site. In Cienfuegos you can enjoy a pleasant walk from the Prado, along the boulevard, to Martí Park. You will also visit the Tomás Terry Theatre and the Valle Palace, where you will learn about the beautiful legend associated with its construction. After breakfast we will leave for the city of Trinidad. You will begin your tour of the city of Trinidad, known as the Jewel of Cuba and which has the privilege of being one of the colonial towns of the country and also qualifies among the most complete and preserved architectural ensembles of the American continent. There you can enjoy an incredible walk through its stone streets, which are traced in the middle, to admire its Spanish colonial architecture, which gives the feeling of having stopped in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries and was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1988. You can visit the Plaza Mayor, the Romantic Museum and the Bar Canchánchara where you can taste a typical drink based on lemon, honey and aguardiente. Visit to the Casa del Alfarero to admire one of the oldest traditions of the city in the workshop of the founding family. Departure to the city of Sancti Spíritus. Continue the tour by the mountains of Escambray, one of the country's most important mountain ranges, passing through Manicaragua, settlement, community of growers of the famous Cuban snuff and rich coffee. After breakfast at the hotel, you will begin your tour of the city of Santa Clara, capital of central Cuba. There you will take a walk along the city's heritage route, which includes the Parque del Carmen, the place where the village was founded in 1685, and the Parque Leoncio Vidal. You will also be able to visit Ernesto Che Guevara Square, place of encounter with one of the most prominent and charismatic personalities of the contemporary world history and where the Museum and the Memorial that carry his name are located. You can also visit the Monument to the action against the Armored Train. Visit to the work of the Basque artist Casto Solano known as "Che de los niños", a sculpture of 2 meters high that allows the exchange with this important historical figure from Cuba and Argentina.
