Las Terrazas – Viñales. Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Las Terrazas, an emblematic ecological project located in the Sierra del Rosario, declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO. This destination offers a unique environment where Cuban flora and fauna blend with local history and culture, creating an unforgettable experience. Upon arrival, you will be greeted at Rancho Curujey with a welcome cocktail, accompanied by live traditional Cuban music, allowing you to immediately immerse yourself in the joy and color of the island. During the visit, you will learn about the social project carried out in this community through an illustrative and educational presentation. You will tour the Las Terrazas Community, stroll down Callejón de la Moka, and taste an authentic Creole coffee, appreciating the aromas and flavors that have made Cuban coffee famous. You will continue to the ruins of Cafetal Buenavista, a partially reconstructed 19th-century coffee plantation, where an interactive experience will uncover the history of coffee production in the region and the lives of those who worked there. Lunch will be served in town, followed by a relaxing moment by the San Juan River, ideal for cooling off and enjoying the natural surroundings. Afterward, depart for Viñales, a destination surrounded by stunning landscapes of mogotes and green valleys. Upon arrival, accommodation at the confirmed hotel and dinner included. The evening is free to enjoy optional activities or relax while contemplating the beauty of the valley.
Viñales Valley – A day of culture, nature, and tradition. Begin your day with breakfast at your hotel, refueling to explore one of Cuba's most iconic landscapes. Today, you'll visit the Viñales Valley, declared a UNESCO Protected Cultural Landscape and National Monument, a place where nature and history intertwine in a unique way. Your tour includes a visit to a local farmer's farm, where you'll experience firsthand life in the Cuban countryside and participate in an interactive Tobacco Route. You'll learn about all stages of the tobacco process, from planting and cultivation in the fields to drying, destemming, and rolling, experiencing the tradition that has made Cuban tobacco famous worldwide. Afterward, you'll discover the Mural of Prehistory, one of the most important outdoor frescoes on the planet. Painted on the side of a mogote, this mural spectacularly depicts the evolution of life in Cuba, combining art and landscape in an unforgettable visual experience. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, sampling typical dishes that will allow you to further connect with Cuban culture. Next, you'll visit the Mirador de los Jazmines, from where you can admire the spectacular panoramic view of the Viñales Valley, ideal for taking photos and creating memorable moments. For the more adventurous, an optional visit to the Cueva del Indio (Indian Cave) is offered, where you can take a boat ride through the underground river that runs through this impressive natural formation (activity not included). From Viñales to Havana with a stop in Soroa – Nature and beauty along the way. Start the day with breakfast at the hotel, refueling for a day full of unique landscapes and unforgettable experiences. Depart for Havana, enjoying a panoramic drive that will allow you to appreciate Cuba's natural diversity. Along the way, you will stop in Soroa, an ecological paradise known as "Cuba's flower garden." Here you will visit the Soroa Orchid Garden, home to the largest and most diverse collection of orchids on the island, with approximately 130 native species and 700 from tropical and subtropical regions around the world. During the visit, you will learn about the conservation of these species and the importance of Cuba's biodiversity. Next, you will explore the Salto de Soroa, an impressive 22-meter-high waterfall, considered one of Cuba's geographical wonders. Its natural setting, surrounded by lush vegetation, offers spectacular views and unique photographic opportunities.
