• Guaranteed fixed departures every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with no minimum number of passengers required. Departures on other days of the week or during months outside of May, June, July, and August are available upon request and subject to a customized quotation based on the client’s travel dates.
• Personalized assistance at both Miami and Punta Cana airports, including a warm welcome by our local representative in Punta Cana, who will be easily identifiable with the agency’s logo.
• Round-trip airfare with weekly departures from Miami International Airport (Miami – Punta Cana – Miami), including baggage allowance of 1 carry-on, 1 personal item, and 1 checked bag up to 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Shared airport transfers in comfortable, air-conditioned vehicles (Airport – Hotel – Airport).
• Welcome information meeting at the beginning of your stay, where our local representative will provide details about the resort’s services, helpful recommendations, and information on optional excursions and activities.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTES:

• An initial deposit of $100 per person is required to secure the package price. The remaining balance can be paid in installments. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable once made, or in the event of cancellation by the customer.
• For family members traveling from Cuba, an initial deposit of $450 per person is required to confirm the reservation. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable once made, or in case of cancellation by the customer.
• Customers may choose to make monthly payments in amounts of their preference until the full trip cost is covered.
• Full payment must be completed at least 65 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
• Consular procedures or formalities are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Hotel vouchers, transfers, airline tickets, and all confirmation documents will be issued once full payment of the package has been received.

PAYMENT METHODS:

• Zelle transfer – no additional fees.
• Visa or MasterCard (credit or debit) – 3% processing fee applies.
• Cash payment – available directly at our office in Miami, FL 33126.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICIES:

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing, and the company’s cancellation policies will apply.
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable once the initial deposit has been made.
• Airline tickets: Once issued, tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be changed.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service value.

For cancellations of reservations related to hotels and transfers at the destination, the following penalties apply to amounts paid by the customer:

• 124 days or more prior to departure: Refund of amounts paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.
• 123 to 63 days prior to departure: 50% penalty of amounts paid, minus the deposit and any non-refundable supplier charges.
• 62 days or fewer prior to departure: No refund (100% penalty).
• Early departure: 100% penalty.
• Certain services, including but not limited to airline tickets and hotel reservations, may be non-refundable regardless of cancellation date, according to supplier policies.
• Changes to the reservation: Any modification requested will incur an administrative fee of USD 50.00 per change.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• Regardless of the cancellation policy of individual services (flights, hotels, transfers, excursions, or others), the agency will apply a 100% penalty for cancellations made 0 to 60 days before the trip begins.

• International flights not included in the program.
• Visa services for entry into the Dominican Republic (if required).
• Gratuities and tips at the resort.
• Additional resort services such as spa treatments, massages, shops, motorized water sports, premium beverages, and any other services not specified.
• Optional excursions at the destination.
• Travel and medical insurance.
• Any other expenses not expressly mentioned in the program.
