CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS:

All cancellations must be notified in writing and the company's cancellation policies would apply:
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable after the initial deposit has been made. AIR COMMERCIAL LINE: In the event of cancellation after ticket issuance, tickets will be non-refundable AND AIRLINE CANCELLATION POLICIES WILL APPLY within 72 hours prior to departure.
No Shows will be charged in full.
Regarding air service in Charter Operation, tickets are non-refundable.

In case of cancellation of the reservation, the following penalty will be applied, applicable to the amounts paid by the client:

From 91 to 120 days before the start of the trip: 25% penalty.
From 61 to 91 days before the start of the trip: 50% penalty.
From 31 to 60 days before the beginning of the trip: 75% penalty.
From 0 to 30 days before the beginning of the trip: 100% penalty.
Early departure: 100% penalty.
