Morning Yoga Session – 90 min. Theme: Breathwork. Start the day by exploring the transformative power of breathing. Playas del Este de La Habana. On the last day of your trip, you'll begin with a revitalizing 90-minute morning yoga session dedicated to Vinyasa with balls. This practice combines a dynamic sequence with the use of balls to promote balance, determination, mental acuity, relaxation, and expanded awareness. Afterward, you'll enjoy a delicious breakfast before continuing with your personal training and an intense two-hour boxing session. The rest of the day is free for you to pursue your own activities. At sunset, you'll participate in a moving farewell meditation, closing your trip with gratitude and inner peace.
