We recommend that customers book their international flights to the country of start and end of the program to guarantee their arrival at least one day before the tour's departure date. The Tour Operator and the Travel Agency do not assume any responsibility for possible breaches of the program and what this situation could generate due to possible delays in the arrival of customers on time for different reasons.

• It is NOT included in our prices drinks with the meals, airport tax, tips and porters service.
• Our prices do NOT include supplements for special dinners in Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Booking including any of the mentioned dates are subject to hotels’ availability confirmation.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY:

Clients may cancel the contracted services at any time and will be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. However, except in cases of duly justified and documented force majeure, the client shall compensate the agency for any cancellation charges incurred, in accordance with the following conditions:

• Fixed Cancellation Fee: A fixed administrative cancellation fee of €25 (USD 30) per booking file will apply when the cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the tour departure date.
• Non-Refundable Services: In addition to the administrative cancellation fee, any costs associated with services that are non-refundable once booked will also be charged. These may include, but are not limited to: Train tickets, Ferry tickets, Entrance tickets purchased through pre-booking systems, Special event tickets, Other services subject to supplier-specific non-refundable conditions.

CANCELLATION PENALTY LEVELS: In addition to the cancellation fees described above, one of the following penalty schedules will apply depending on the type of tour booked.

Penalty Level 1: Applicable to most regular tour programs

• Cancellation between 30 and 11 days before departure: 10% of the total reservation value.
• Cancellation between 10 and 1 day before departure: 25% of the total reservation value.
• No-show on the departure date: 100% of the total reservation value.

Penalty Level 2: Applicable to tours including domestic flights, high-speed train services, private group tours, experiential programs, and tours in the Middle East and Asia

• Cancellation between 30 and 21 days before departure: 10% of the total reservation value.
• Cancellation between 21 and 11 days before departure: 20% of the total reservation value.
• Cancellation between 10 and 3 days before departure: 30% of the total reservation value.
• Cancellation within 48 hours prior to departure: 50% of the total reservation value.
• No-show on the departure date: 100% of the total reservation value.

Penalty Level 3: Applicable to selected tours, including those featuring long-distance ferry crossings, tours in Africa and Oceania, or any itinerary specifically indicating this penalty level

• Cancellation between 30 and 21 days before departure: 30% of the total reservation value.
• Cancellation between 21 and 11 days before departure: 40% of the total reservation value.
• Cancellation between 10 and 3 days before departure: 50% of the total reservation value.
• Cancellation within 48 hours prior to departure: 70% of the total reservation value.
• No-show on the departure date: 100% of the total reservation value.

Penalty Level 4: Applicable to Cruise Series programs, Mediterranean and Aegean cruises, Kenya and Tanzania safaris, South Africa tours, and itineraries including Mauritius or the Maldives

• Cancellation made 60 days or less before departure: 100% of the total reservation value.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:

• Our agency will always verify the applicable penalty level for each tour and will inform the client prior to confirming the reservation.
• Cancellation conditions for groups of 12 or more passengers are subject to specific terms and will be provided before booking confirmation.
• If cancellation occurs before departure due to a duly justified and documented force majeure event, only the applicable cancellation expenses will be charged.
• If a traveler voluntarily abandons the tour after it has commenced, any approved refund will be issued exclusively as a travel credit for future use, corresponding to the proportional value of the unused services.
• Cancellation fees will be charged in all cases. For refund calculations, only the land services provided by the tour operator will be considered (excluding international airfare, except when flights are included as part of the package). Any refund will be calculated based on the amount invoiced by the operator.
• Any service voucher or credit note issued will be personal and non-transferable. Name changes will not be permitted. The passenger may apply the credit toward any tour within our portfolio, provided travel commences within two years from the original service start date.
• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation coverage.

CHILD DISCOUNT POLICY:

Minors must travel accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. If they are not traveling with their parents or legal guardians, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult carrying a written authorization signed by the parents or legal guardians, expressly granting permission for the minor to travel under the supervision of the designated adult. Such authorization must comply with all legal requirements established by the competent authorities in both the country of origin and the destination country.

The following child discounts apply only when requested prior to the commencement of travel and are limited to a maximum of one child between 3 and 15 years of age per paying adult. These discounts may only be combined with the triple-room discount, where applicable.

• Children Under 3 Years Old: An 80% discount applies and includes only a seat on the coach and travel assistance insurance (subject to applicable coverage and exclusions). Any additional services required for the child, such as cribs, baby cots, or other special arrangements, must be requested and paid for directly by the parents or legal guardians with the relevant service provider. For Cruise Series programs, the acceptance of infants and young children is subject to availability and confirmation, depending on the availability of suitable cabins. Important: For Privatized Tours and Travel Club Series programs, it is mandatory to notify us in advance if a child will be traveling, as the operation of the tour may depend on the availability of an approved child restraint system.
• Children from 3 to 8 Years Old: A 40% discount applies on regular group tours. This discount does not apply to privatized tours.
• Children from 9 to 15 Years Old: A 10% discount applies on regular coach-based group tours. This discount does not apply to privatized tours.

GUARANTEED DEPARTURES:

All of our tours throughout Europe, the Americas, Japan, Korea, and China are guaranteed to operate with a minimum of 2 travelers. However, if the total number of participants booked on a departure is fewer than 5 travelers (i.e., up to 4 passengers), The operator reserves the right to offer one of the following alternatives:

• A similar tour to the one originally purchased (operated either by the operator or another tour operator).
• A similar itinerary provided partially or entirely using public transportation.
• A change of departure date for the same tour.
• A full refund of the amount paid, together with a travel voucher granting a discount equivalent to 10% of the value of the canceled tour, redeemable on a future trip.
• These measures are intended to ensure the best possible travel experience while maintaining the operational viability of the tour.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

• We recommend that clients take out full travel and health insurance for the activities included in the itinerary.
• We recommend wearing light clothing and footwear, short-sleeved shirts and shorts, hats, caps and creams to protect the skin from the sun and mosquito repellents and bathing clothes for swimming in streams, rivers and / or beaches.
• It is important that the client, prior to their travel dates, check the weather forecasts in the different countries and regions visited in the program, so that they can prepare the most appropriate clothes and shoes.
• Beware of the burning sun. We recommend you bring your own protective lotions.
• We may need a small backpack for personal belongings abroad.
• In most of the countries that are visited in the program we have a widely extended medical assistance, with clinics in the most remote areas of the countries. Anyway, if you suffer from a chronic disease or allergy, etc., we recommend you bring your first aid kit or personal medications, especially when you are away from major cities.
• It is suggested to wear sunglasses and photographic and video cameras to keep the beautiful memories of your vacation.
• We recommend you always drink bottled and sealed mineral water during your stay in the different countries visited in the program.
