CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY:

Clients may cancel the contracted services at any time and will be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. However, except in cases of duly justified and documented force majeure, the client shall compensate the agency for any cancellation charges incurred, in accordance with the following conditions:

  • Fixed Cancellation Fee: A fixed administrative cancellation fee of €25 (USD 30) per booking file will apply when the cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the tour departure date.
  • Non-Refundable Services: In addition to the administrative cancellation fee, any costs associated with services that are non-refundable once booked will also be charged. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:

  • Our agency will always verify the applicable penalty level for each tour and will inform the client prior to confirming the reservation.
  • Cancellation conditions for groups of 12 or more passengers are subject to specific terms and will be provided before booking confirmation.
  • If cancellation occurs before departure due to a duly justified and documented force majeure event, only the applicable cancellation expenses will be charged.
  • If a traveler voluntarily abandons the tour after it has commenced, any approved refund will be issued exclusively as a travel credit for future use, corresponding to the proportional value of the unused services.
  • Cancellation fees will be charged in all cases. For refund calculations, only the land services provided by the tour operator will be considered (excluding international airfare, except when flights are included as part of the package). Any refund will be calculated based on the amount invoiced by the operator.
  • Any service voucher or credit note issued will be personal and non-transferable. Name changes will not be permitted. The passenger may apply the credit toward any tour within our portfolio, provided travel commences within two years from the original service start date.

CHILD DISCOUNT POLICY:

Minors must travel accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. If they are not traveling with their parents or legal guardians, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult carrying a written authorization signed by the parents or legal guardians, expressly granting permission for the minor to travel under the supervision of the designated adult. All of our tours throughout Europe, the Americas, Japan, Korea, and China are guaranteed to operate with a minimum of 2 travelers. However, if the total number of participants booked on a departure is fewer than 5 travelers (i.e., up to 4 passengers), The operator reserves the right to offer one of the following alternatives:

  • A similar tour to the one originally purchased (operated either by the operator or another tour operator).
  • A similar itinerary provided partially or entirely using public transportation.
  • A change of departure date for the same tour.

    Exciting stage through the interior of Jordan. Our road follows the Dead Sea. We know the CAVE OF LOT, discovered in 1991, with its old Byzantine church from the 6th century. We continue along the king's route to SHOBAK, where we photograph (exterior only) the great castle of the crusaders.     Today we have the most exciting day of the trip: First thing in the morning we visit the impressive archaeological site of PETRA, we will access through the narrow canyon and we will discover the temples and tombs excavated in the cliffs in this city founded 300 years before Christ. After lunch (included) we go to the impressive desert of WADI RUM, in the visitor center we take all-terrain vehicles to see some of the most impressive landscapes, we stop in the town of Rum where we know the ruins of the Nabatean temple. We include a 45 minute camel ride through the desert. We will also visit the Khazali Canyon, in this spectacular place we will see the engravings that show us the origin of the Arabic language. Dinner included and accommodation in a desert camp.

  12. DIA 12ESNA - EDFU - KOM OMBO - ASWAN.

    Arrival at EDFU and visit of the Temple of Horus (God represented by a falcon), it was in the past partially covered by silt during the periodic floods of the Nile. Once the rescue and restoration work was completed, we found one of the temples most beautiful of the Ptolemaic era in an exceptional state of conservation. Navigation to KOM OMBO. Visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, the only temple dedicated to two gods, Sobek and Haroesis, where there is a Nilometer (ancient system for measuring the level of the Nile River) and a mummified crocodile. At night you will enjoy the festival of the djellabas, a typical local costume (en route you can buy the djellabas at a reasonable price in the local markets). Accommodation on board.     ASWAN Cruise Boat

    Arrival in Aswan. Possibility of optionally visiting Abu Simbel (visit NOT included in your program), located two hundred and eighty kilometers from Aswan and visit of the temples carved into the western cliff of the desert by Ramses II in the 12th century BC, with statues 20 meters high, dedicated to the god Amon Ra, and the Temple of Nefertari, dedicated to the goddess Hathor. Visit to the Red Granite quarry where the famous 41 meter high Unfinished Obelisk is located. We will also visit the Aswan Dam, one of the largest dams in the world, creating Lake Nasser with a length of more than 500 km. In the afternoon, ride a “feluca”, typical sailing boats of the area, to the island of Kitchener where the Botanical Garden is located. Full board on board. Accommodation on board.
