CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY:

Clients may cancel the contracted services at any time and will be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. However, except in cases of duly justified and documented force majeure, the client shall compensate the agency for any cancellation charges incurred, in accordance with the following conditions:

Fixed Cancellation Fee: A fixed administrative cancellation fee of €25 (USD 30) per booking file will apply when the cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the tour departure date.
Non-Refundable Services: In addition to the administrative cancellation fee, any costs associated with services that are non-refundable once booked will also be charged. These may include, but are not limited to: Train tickets, Ferry tickets, Entrance tickets purchased through pre-booking systems, Special event tickets, Other services subject to supplier-specific non-refundable conditions.

CANCELLATION PENALTY LEVELS: In addition to the cancellation fees described above, one of the following penalty schedules will apply depending on the type of tour booked.

Penalty Level 1: Applicable to most regular tour programs

Cancellation between 30 and 11 days before departure: 10% of the total reservation value.
Cancellation between 10 and 1 day before departure: 25% of the total reservation value.
No-show on the departure date: 100% of the total reservation value.

Penalty Level 2: Applicable to tours including domestic flights, high-speed train services, private group tours, experiential programs, and tours in the Middle East and Asia

Cancellation between 30 and 21 days before departure: 10% of the total reservation value.
Cancellation between 21 and 11 days before departure: 20% of the total reservation value.
Cancellation between 10 and 3 days before departure: 30% of the total reservation value.
Cancellation within 48 hours prior to departure: 50% of the total reservation value.
No-show on the departure date: 100% of the total reservation value.

Penalty Level 3: Applicable to selected tours, including those featuring long-distance ferry crossings, tours in Africa and Oceania, or any itinerary specifically indicating this penalty level

Cancellation between 30 and 21 days before departure: 30% of the total reservation value.

Cancellation made 60 days or less before departure: 100% of the total reservation value.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:

Our agency will always verify the applicable penalty level for each tour and will inform the client prior to confirming the reservation.
Cancellation conditions for groups of 12 or more passengers are subject to specific terms and will be provided before booking confirmation.
If cancellation occurs before departure due to a duly justified and documented force majeure event, only the applicable cancellation expenses will be charged.
If a traveler voluntarily abandons the tour after it has commenced, any approved refund will be issued exclusively as a travel credit for future use, corresponding to the proportional value of the unused services.
Cancellation fees will be charged in all cases. For refund calculations, only the land services provided by the tour operator will be considered (excluding international airfare, except when flights are included as part of the package). Any refund will be calculated based on the amount invoiced by the operator.
Any service voucher or credit note issued will be personal and non-transferable. Name changes will not be permitted. The passenger may apply the credit toward any tour within our portfolio, provided travel commences within two years from the original service start date.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation coverage.

CHILD DISCOUNT POLICY:

Minors must travel accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. If they are not traveling with their parents or legal guardians, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult carrying a written authorization signed by the parents or legal guardians, expressly granting permission for the minor to travel under the supervision of the designated adult. Such authorization must comply with all legal requirements established by the competent authorities in both the country of origin and the destination country.

The following child discounts apply only when requested prior to the commencement of travel and are limited to a maximum of one child between 3 and 15 years of age per paying adult. These discounts may only be combined with the triple-room discount, where applicable.

Children Under 3 Years Old: An 80% discount applies and includes only a seat on the coach and travel assistance insurance (subject to applicable coverage and exclusions). Any additional services required for the child, such as cribs, baby cots, or other special arrangements, must be requested and paid for directly by the parents or legal guardians with the relevant service provider. For Cruise Series programs, the acceptance of infants and young children is subject to availability and confirmation, depending on the availability of suitable cabins. Important: For Privatized Tours and Travel Club Series programs, it is mandatory to notify us in advance if a child will be traveling, as the operation of the tour may depend on the availability of an approved child restraint system.
Children from 3 to 8 Years Old: A 40% discount applies on regular group tours. This discount does not apply to privatized tours.
Children from 9 to 15 Years Old: A 10% discount applies on regular coach-based group tours. This discount does not apply to privatized tours.

GUARANTEED DEPARTURES:

All of our tours throughout Europe, the Americas, Japan, Korea, and China are guaranteed to operate with a minimum of 2 travelers. However, if the total number of participants booked on a departure is fewer than 5 travelers (i.e., up to 4 passengers), The operator reserves the right to offer one of the following alternatives:

A similar tour to the one originally purchased (operated either by the operator or another tour operator).
A similar itinerary provided partially or entirely using public transportation.
A change of departure date for the same tour.
A full refund of the amount paid, together with a travel voucher granting a discount equivalent to 10% of the value of the canceled tour, redeemable on a future trip.
These measures are intended to ensure the best possible travel experience while maintaining the operational viability of the tour.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

We recommend that clients take out full travel and health insurance for the activities included in the itinerary.
We recommend wearing light clothing and footwear, short-sleeved shirts and shorts, hats, caps and creams to protect the skin from the sun and mosquito repellents and bathing clothes for swimming in streams, rivers and / or beaches.
It is important that the client, prior to their travel dates, check the weather forecasts in the different countries and regions visited in the program, so that they can prepare the most appropriate clothes and shoes.

Breakfast. We travel to the north of Jordan, between mountains we visit the FORTRESS OF AJLUN, a powerful castle from the 12th century. In this area, Muslims and Orthodox Christians have always coexisted, we will visit the old CHURCH OF SAN SERGIO. Do we all pray for peace? Lunch included. We continue to JERASH, and visit its impressive Roman archaeological site. Return to AMMAN. Arrival and accommodation.

We will go to the CASTLES OF THE DESERT, built between the 7th and 8th centuries. We will visit QASR KHARANA, with its imposing structure of thick walls and QUSAYR AMRA, a World Heritage Site, stands out for its remarkable frescoes on the walls of its walls. After that we travel to MADABA, lunch included. We will visit the Archaeological Park of Madaba, crossed by an old Roman road and the Church of San Jorge, with its fantastic mosaic from the 6th century that represents the oldest known map of the Holy Land. We left for BETANIA, on the banks of the Jordan River, declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco, it is the place where John the Baptist baptized Jesus. After that we will include a visit to the DEAD SEA MUSEUM, in an impressive panoramic complex, lunch included. Arrival at our hotel in the DEAD SEA, do not forget to take a bath in the saltiest sea and at the lowest level of the earth. Dinner included and accommodation.

DIA 5DEAD SEA - LOT CAVE - DANA - SHOUBAK - PETRA.

Exciting stage through the interior of Jordan. Our road follows the Dead Sea. We know the CAVE OF LOT, discovered in 1991, with its old Byzantine church from the 6th century. After that we went up the mountains. DANA, a small picturesque village of stone houses on a huge cliff. Lunch included. We continue along the king's route to SHOBAK, where we photograph (exterior only) the great castle of the crusaders. Continuation to WADI MUSA (town created around Petra), we will know the SPRING OF MOSES, where Moses supposedly hit the rock with his rod and the water gushed out and the Museum of Petra, an excellent sample that allows us to understand the history of the Nabateans and learn about magnificent pieces found in the area. Dinner included and accommodation. Travelers who wish can go at their leisure to an old Turkish bath or see the sound and light show in Petra.

Today we have the most exciting day of the trip: First thing in the morning we visit the impressive archaeological site of PETRA, we will access through the narrow canyon and we will discover the temples and tombs excavated in the cliffs in this city founded 300 years before Christ. After lunch (included) we go to the impressive desert of WADI RUM, in the visitor center we take all-terrain vehicles to see some of the most impressive landscapes, we stop in the town of Rum where we know the ruins of the Nabatean temple. We include a 45 minute camel ride through the desert. We will also visit the Khazali Canyon, in this spectacular place we will see the engravings that show us the origin of the Arabic language. Dinner included and accommodation in a desert camp.

DIA 7WADI RUM - AQABA - EILAT - SAINT CATHERINE.

After breakfast we go to AQABA, the second Jordanian city, on the shores of the Red Sea. A walk through the center before continuing to the border of ISRAEL, EILAT, arriving in this modern and touristic city with its excellent beaches. A relaxing time for lunch and a walk. Do you dare to bathe? Before continuing to the EGYPT border. Passing to Sinai, on our route we photograph the island of the Pharaoh with the powerful fortress of Saladino. Continuation to SANTA CATALINA, Arrival, dinner included and accommodation.

At the foot of Mount Sinai we know the impressive walled Monastery of SAINT CATHERINE, here according to tradition Moses saw "the bush that burned without being consumed", the monastery is a sacred place for Jews, Christians and Muslims, it belongs to the Orthodox church and is World Heritage. We continue later through the Sinai desert, picturesque landscapes. Lunch en route included. Stop at the WELLS OF MOISES, a biblical place that looks like a small oasis. We will leave Sinai through the tunnel under the SUEZ canal. CAIRO, arrival at the end of the afternoon. Accommodation.

Full day visit in which we include the famous pyramids of Cheops, Khafren and Menkaure (entrance to the inside of the pyramids not included), as well as the impressive Sphinx carved in rock. Visit the Egyptian Museum with its ancient art and where the treasure of the tomb of Tutankhamun is kept. Lunch included. Also included are the Saladin Citadel and the Alabaster Mosque. We will take a walk through the Coptic neighborhood where we will see the hanging church built on top of a Roman fortress.
DIA 10CAIRO - LUXOR.

Today you will admire the Necropolis of Thebes, visiting the famous VALLEY OF THE KINGS where the tombs of the main pharaohs are hidden. Among these tombs, made up of several rooms and corridors that lead to the corresponding Burial chambers, are among others those of Ramses III, Seti I and Amenhotep II. We will also visit the Colossi of Memnon, two impressive statues of Amenophis II as well as the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut (Deir el Bahari) and the Temple of Medinet Habu. This day we will be able to enjoy the beauty of the landscape of the banks of the Nile. You will be able to carry out different activities by boat and at night enjoy music in the disco. DIA 12ESNA - EDFU - KOM OMBO - ASWAN.
ESNA, EDFU, KOM OMBO, and ASWAN Cruise Boat
Arrival at EDFU and visit of the Temple of Horus (God represented by a falcon), it was in the past partially covered by silt during the periodic floods of the Nile. Once the rescue and restoration work was completed, we found one of the temples most beautiful of the Ptolemaic era in an exceptional state of conservation. Navigation to KOM OMBO. Visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, the only temple dedicated to two gods, Sobek and Haroesis, where there is a Nilometer (ancient system for measuring the level of the Nile River) and a mummified crocodile. At night you will enjoy the festival of the djellabas, a typical local costume (en route you can buy the djellabas at a reasonable price in the local markets). Accommodation on board. Arrival in Aswan. Possibility of optionally visiting Abu Simbel (visit NOT included in your program), located two hundred and eighty kilometers from Aswan and visit of the temples carved into the western cliff of the desert by Ramses II in the 12th century BC, with statues 20 meters high, dedicated to the god Amon Ra, and the Temple of Nefertari, dedicated to the goddess Hathor. Visit to the Red Granite quarry where the famous 41 meter high Unfinished Obelisk is located. We will also visit the Aswan Dam, one of the largest dams in the world, creating Lake Nasser with a length of more than 500 km. In the afternoon, ride a “feluca”, typical sailing boats of the area, to the island of Kitchener where the Botanical Garden is located. Full board on board. Accommodation on board.
DIA 14ASWAN - CAIRO.
