It is a large two-storey house overlooking the sea, with large gardens in front of the most important avenue of the city, just 100 meters from the Yacht Club and 300 meters from the Gran Caribe Jagua Hotel and the Palacio de Valle. It has two terraces, one with sea view and the other overlooking the main street of the city. Two rooms for rent one with private entrance and the other has a spectacular terrace overlooking the sea in the Bay of Cienfuegos.
