Brisas del Mar “Resort”, CALLE 28, No. 28

From this small corner of Cuba we warmly welcome you to Brisas del Mar “resort”, located in Habana Del Este. This is a family business that is just the reflection of the ideas, support, advices and joy of all those who visit us every year. Our mum, Marlen, is the soul of the house, also a wonderful hostess and a great cook who makes the world a better place with her smile. We, her daughters Juliet and Lenmar, are part of this dream come true and contribute our grain of sand taking care of the communication, support and customer service. Whether far or close to her she is always present in our hearts.

The residential complex is composed of four apartments divided by two groups: MAR group and JUL group. All the apartments are located on the first floor, above the house were the owner lives. Each apartment has its own independent access by steps placed on the backyard and the house garden.

The house is our mum, those who knew her would agree and those who visit us will understand it.

MAR Group: MAR Group comprises two apartments North, West and East oriented. MAR1 has two bedrooms and MAR2 has one bedroom. The access is made from a garden terrace situated on the first floor, fitted out as living and open-air dining room. A small spiral staircase provides access to the terrace-solarium where you can rest and enjoy the beautiful landscape.

Jul Group: JUL Group has two apartments North, East and South oriented; one with two bedrooms and the other one with one bedroom. The entrance is through a garden terrace located on the first floor, also fitted out as a solarium and open-air dining room where it is possible to organize events.
