Our VIP SERVICE at Havana Airports:

Welcome at the exit of the plane.
Expedited Immigration and Customs check.
Baggage handling by designated personnel.
While waiting for your luggage, enjoy the service of the VIP Lounge at the Airport, where you will be able to consume food and beverages at no additional cost.
In the VIP Lounge you will receive your printed Car Contract for your review.
At the exit of the Airport you will be attended by a Rent a Car official, there you will check your car, sign the Contract and the car will be delivered to you.
As a courtesy you will have 4 bottles of water when you receive the car.

Nuestro SERVICIO VIP en los Aeropuertos de La Habana:

Recibimiento a la salida del avión.
Chequeo de Migración y Aduana de forma expedita.
Gestión del equipaje por parte del personal designado.
Mientras espera su equipaje, disfrute del servicio del Salón VIP del Aeropuerto, donde podrá consumir sin costo adicional ofertas alimenticias y bebidas.
En el propio Salón Vip recibirá el Contrato de su Auto impreso para que pueda revisarlo.
A la salida del Aeropuerto será atendido por un funcionario de la Renta, allí revisará su auto, firmará el Contrato y se le entregará dicho auto.
Como cortesía tendrá 4 botellas de agua al recibir el automóvil.
