Overview

The Hotel Don Florencio is a small, charming hotel located in the center of Sancti Spíritus. Once the personal residence of wealthy Don Florencio Mendez, the building was fully restored to its colonial glory and reopened as a boutique hotel for the city’s 500 year anniversary celebration in 2014.

As a small boutique hotel, there is no restaurant on site; however guests can enjoy breakfast every morning at the nearby Hotel Plaza, just a few blocks away.

CANCELLATION POLICY The hotel reserves the right to apply a cancellation or no-show penalty in case of:

  • Cancellations made less than 5 days in advance, where 50% of the total stay per person will be discounted from the reserved meal plan.
  • No show, where 100% of the price of one (1) night per room in the reserved food plan and 50% of the rest of the stay in the reserved food plan will be discounted.
