EL TABURETE Camping

El Taburete Campground is located at the eastern end of the Sierra del Rosario Biosphere Reserve, and in its south-central portion, in which, in addition to its great natural values, the ruins of coffee plantations built by French immigrants in the early nineteenth century are preserved. Among the nearby sites of interest are the Las Terrazas community, the Moka Hotel and the CITMA Visitor's Center, where you can learn about the sustainable development that characterizes the area. The entire environment is surrounded by massifs dissected by steep valleys and deep canyons. The heights of El Salón, El Taburete, El Mulo, El Rubí and Las Peladas stand out.
