The hotel is located on Marea del Portillo beach, Sierra Maestra National Park, in the extreme southeastern corner of Cuba, is the most remote beach resort to be found in Cuba. The hotel complex and the nearby fishing village of Marea del Portillo occupy a wide bay framed by the foothills of the Sierra Maestra, which form a rain shadow. CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS:

For cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the guests' arrival, the Hotel may apply at its discretion its right to charge the price of one night on the reserved plan. This right will also apply to “No Shows”. Likewise, for unscheduled departures, the hotel will have the right to invoice the night of departure.
